ORDERS & PRICING
*All orders must be a minimum total of $200 (excl. GST) for new & existing customers.
*Items must be ordered in minimum order quantities in ( ), as detailed in all Chilli Temptations catalogues & order forms.
*All prices quoted are exclusive of GST & freight costs.
*Chilli Temptations reserves the right to alter product prices without prior notice.
BACKORDERS
*Ordered items that are out of stock and therefore not supplied with the initial delivery will be held on backorder.
*Backordered items will be supplied as stock becomes available unless written advice is received from the customer instructing otherwise.
ACCOUNTS & CONDITIONS
*All new accounts will be on Proforma terms.
*After the initial proforma order, a credit account may be established by completing the Chilli Temptations Credit Application Form
(subject to a satisfactory credit check).
*Credit terms for accounts are strictly 30 days net from the date of invoice.
*Any account which breaches the credit terms may be placed on hold until payment is received, or, placed back on a proforma account.
*Chilli Temptations reserves the right to charge a 3% monthly administration fee on all accounts that breach our agreed trading terms.
*Failure to make payment will result in the account being sent to a debt collector.
*All goods remain the property of Chilli Temptations until full payment has been received.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
*Payment can be made by cheque, direct deposit (EFT), or credit card Visa / Mastercard; AMEX is accepted but will incur a 2% surcharge).
*All payment details are stated on the bottom on the invoice.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
*All claims must be received within 7 days of the invoice date & must quote the invoice number. All goods must retain their original
packaging and be returned by our nominated freight company.
*Where goods/products are delivered in a damaged state: you should NOT accept delivery of these goods nor should you sign or accept any documentation from the carrier and/or Freight Company s driver/handler delivering these goods. Chilli Temptations should be notified immediately and confirmed in writing of any non acceptance of goods.
*Chilli Temptations will not accept responsibility for any goods damaged in anyway while in transit or upon delivery unless the preceding
Terms & Conditions are met.
*For technical reasons connected with colour reproduction the colour shown may not be an exact representation of the actual product.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
*The placement of any order to be supplied by Chilli Temptations will be considered as acceptance of these terms.
*Chilli Temptations reserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
