Returns & Claims

All claims MUST be received within 7 days of the invoice date.

All claims MUST be received via email & must quote the invoice number & include pictures of items.

All goods must retain their original packaging and be returned by our nominated freight company.

Where goods/products are delivered in a damaged state Chilli Temptations should be notified immediately and confirmed in writing of any non acceptance of goods.

Chilli Temptations will not accept responsibility for any goods damaged in anyway while in transit or upon delivery unless the preceding Terms & Conditions are met.

For technical reasons connected with colour reproduction the colour shown may not be an exact representation of the actual product.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you are not satisfied, or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 7 days from the invoice date at your expense. The item must be returned at your expense with all the original accessories and packaging. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL (DOA) or FAULTY ITEM CASE

Chilli Temptations will provide a 7-day return policy from day of invoice on all items; if the user finds that the item is not as described or damaged due to insufficient packaging / DOA (no fees will be administered). Should a product arrive damaged please forward photos of damages and packaging via EMAIL for a replacement to be organised.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

In the event of returns due to warranty claims, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact Chilli Temptations via email or phone to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Afterwards, you will be given instructions on how to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.
